Grilled barramundi, charred fioretto, pomelo & bergamot salsa.
Persian-glazed chicken, gremolata, shishito peppers.
Jacks Creek sirloin, smoked mash, salmoriglio jus, warrigal greens.
Vegetarian option - Himalayan spiced romanesco, fragrant dal, coriander chutney
