Simon Sandall is returning to the Sydney Fish Market for his ever popular Seafood Masterclass.
This masterclass includes expert demonstration by Simon Sandall as he takes you through some of his favourite seafood dishes from his very own cookbook titled, “The Cookbook”. Working at stations of 4-6 people with a fully equipped cooking island in a state-of-the-art kitchen.
You’ll receive a welcome drink on arrival, a take home recipe booklet so that you can recreate the recipes at home and a Sydney Seafood School apron.
You’ll be cooking:
Baked Queensland Scallops with Macadamia, Bergamot & Herb Crust and Chilli
Pan-Fried Murray Cod with Himalayan Spiced Spinach, Crispy Roti & Lemon Labneh
There will be time to enjoy your creations in a stunning dining room and to chat with Simon himself.
