Double Parked is what happens when Boronia Kitchen throws the keys to PS40 for one night only. On Friday 22 May, the PS40 crew roll in with the PSGO van, shaking the kind of boundary‑pushing cocktails people cross town for, while Boronia turns out seriously good things on the plate.

Expect big flavours, late‑night energy, a gloriously cool soundtrack and low‑lit, hazy vibes – the kind of evening you definitely don’t promise you’ll be home early from.
