Raise a glass and step into Festa Bianca, an evening of Italian celebration as we welcome Chef Celso Grati back to the table where it all began.

Before Boronia Kitchen, this address was home to Il Bolognese, and Celso was the one behind it. For one night, we're bringing him back to the kitchen he built a reputation in, for an evening that's as much about where we came from as where we're headed.

Expect long tables, shared plates and easy conversation, in the spirit of the generous, unhurried dining that first put this address on the map.

Dress code: A touch of white is all you need to join the festa.

$125 per person, including Prosecco on arrival.
