If there’s anyone who deserves the royal treatment, it’s Mum.

That’s why we’ve put together an elaborate 3-course limited choice menu for lunch and dinner this Mother’s Day. The menu is designed to surprise and delight, and make her feel special. Please note, à la carte won’t be available.

Entree

Vanella burrata, figs, crispy hibiscus leaf
Mount Cook alpine salmon, wasabi avocado, Yumiko’s shiso
Prawn toast, yuzu mayonnaise, sesame, chives

MAIN

Grilled barramundi, vadouvan curry sauce, wilted Warrigal greens, fried curry leaves
Wollemi duck breast, cumquats, rainbow chard, juniper berry sauce
Jacks Creek oyster blade, watercress purée, puffed beef crisps, jus gras
Campanelle pasta, zucchini flowers, pine nuts, sage

Plum & pistachio frangipane tart, clotted cream, Davidson’s plum

Would you prefer to treat Mum to a meal at home? We have the perfect solution for you.

Our Mother’s Day Hampers are beautifully packaged and come with careful heating instructions. That way, you can have the Boronia Kitchen experience from the comfort of your home.

Cut-off date to pre-order is Thursday, May 8 at 5pm
for pick up on Sunday, May 11 between 11am and 4pm.
