Winter is truffle season and we're celebrating with two nights dedicated to the ingredient that makes everything better, in partnership with the Hunter Valley’s finest: Brokenwood Wines.
Join us on Wednesday 22 July or Thursday 23 July for a four-course set menu with paired wines, where truffles take centre stage. From Canberra truffles with baked scallops to Manjimup truffles in a Chicken Kiev, every course has been designed to showcase the earthy, aromatic magic of the season's best.
